Nekku is quite a unique corgi. Unlike average dogs, Nekku was born with one eye and two noses. But, that only makes her even more adorable.

Nekku’s congenital disabilities left her not only with a very unusual appearance but also with two fused vertebrae. Because of that, the vet advised the breeder that it would be best to put Nekku down.

Thankfully, Jarmo Korhonen saw Nekku and fell in love with her quirkiness. So, Jarmo bought Nekku from the breeder and brought her home. There Nekku would live with two other corgis named Niisku-Neiti and Karkki.

According to Jarmo, people often tell him that they should call the eight-year-old dog Beretta. That is because of her nose that resembles a double-barreled shotgun.

Jarmo said that whenever he takes Nekku out in the city, it is impossible for them to just walk. They would always have to stop and answer people’s questions and comments about the adorable corgi’s nose, eyes, and fluffy fur. They all love Nekku’s unique look.

Jarmo recalled that when Nekku was a little puppy, he kept seeing Niisku-Neiti staring at her new sister’s face. It seemed that Niisku-Neiti found Nekku’s looks a bit too interesting.

According to Jarmo, Nekku’s parents are corgis that are successful in dog shows. Although the genealogy was planned for the puppies to be healthy, something still went wrong with Nekku.

Jarmo explained that, aside from the one eye, two noses, and two fused vertebrae, it is a genetic error for corgis to be fluffy. The breeder told Jarmo that Nekku would not live long and face lots of difficulties in the future.

Because of Nekku’s condition, the breeder thought that nobody would want to have Nekku. However, Jarmo could not imagine Nekku without a safe home. Now, Nekku lives with Jarmo’s mother in the countryside and regularly plays with Niisku-Neiti and Karkki.

Despite the challenges, Nekku was able to surpass all the expectations about her. Jarmo said that the pup had difficulty understanding the 3D perspective and kept hitting her head or bumping into other dogs. So, they decided to let her live with his parents in the countryside, where she could live freely.
