When Alex and her family welcomed Ollie to their family, they immediately treated him with love. He wasn’t just a family pet. Ollie was a member of their family. The family even makes sure to go to dog-friendly destinations during the holidays because they don’t want to leave Ollie behind.
Last year, Alex’s school canceled her college graduation ceremony because of the pandemic. Alex’s parents staged a graduation ceremony at home instead. This means that Ollie could join the graduation ceremony too! Alex and her sister then realized that they had graduation photos, so their beloved Ollie needed one as well.
Ollie and his adorable graduation photo
Alex says that her family likes to call Ollie a professional good boy, so they decided to make it official. They gave Ollie his own doggie diploma. Ollie is a retriever, so he loves to carry things. He was very happy when he held his scroll for his graduation photo.
The family had a lot of fun during the photoshoot but over time Alex kind of forgot about Ollie’s graduation photo. But one day, she came home and saw Ollie’s adorable photograph right next to her own graduation photo. Alex says that she and her sister shared a big laugh when they saw the photographs.
Ollie and his loving family
Alex and her family really love Ollie. They displayed Ollie’s graduation photo at a prominent spot in their house and they even printed out extra photos for their extended family members. Alex even says that Ollie’s graduation photo is her grandma’s favorite picture.
Ollie’s graduation photo is not the first time Alex and her family made their dog a star. They even put Ollie on their Christmas cards and phone cases. Alex and her family are clearly proud of their dog and they aren’t afraid of letting everyone know it.
